You are accountable for ensuring that all operations adhere to ABSA and OHS regulations while implementing maintenance programs that align with industry standards. Enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability will also be part of your duties.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead maintenance and operations for rural health centers • Manage staff hiring, training,

Requirements: • Degree, diploma, or trade certification necessary • 5 years of management experience in building systems • Unionized management experience preferred • Highly skilled in maintenance management software • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
