Through your expertise, you will prepare cost reports, manage change processes, and ensure effective project controls data quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project forecasting and cost management
• Establish and maintain an EVM-based reporting system
• Oversee change management in project lifecycle
• Create and submit cash flow forecasts and reports
• Analyze processes to optimize project performance

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in cost management or project controls
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
• Comfortable with earned value analysis and reporting
• Proven ability to manage project controls processes
• Robust relationship-building skills with stakeholders
