Our client is seeking a highly analytical Senior Industrial Engineer to focus on operations analysis within their extensive facilities in Kimberley. This role is crucial for evaluating and improving the efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of all operational processes. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing complex operational data, identifying trends, and developing data-driven recommendations for process enhancements, technology adoption, and strategic planning. This position requires a strong quantitative background and the ability to translate intricate findings into actionable business strategies, contributing significantly to the company's operational success and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of operational performance metrics, including productivity, throughput, costs, and resource utilization.
Develop and implement data collection systems and analytical models to support operational decision-making.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish targets for operational improvement.
Perform statistical analysis, simulation, and forecasting to predict operational outcomes and identify areas for optimization.




Develop business cases and present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure data integrity and the effective use of analytical tools.
Requirements Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering or operations analysis, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements.
Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis, simulation software, and data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of business operations, manufacturing processes, and supply chain principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
