You'll be responsible for governance structures, tracking initiatives, and ensuring transparency in operational goals. Collaborating closely with finance and procurement teams, you will drive significant value and operational performance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Steward the annual strategy cycle and set explicit operational goals
• Ensure line-of-sight in plans and commitments across the organization
• Lead process design for foundational workflows and KPIs
• Oversee operational cadence for high-stakes programs
• Track budget performance and manage cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in strategy, operations, or consulting
• Experience in process engineering and performance management
• Strong financial acumen related to SG&A; and OPM
• Capable of executive-level communication
• Evidence of leadership in change management
