• Develop and negotiate project bids and agreements
• Lead operational performance management for multiple projects
• Conduct regular cost-control reviews and evaluations

• Manage contractual matters and disputes with precision
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 15 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and project software
