Key Responsibilities:
• Drive NPI programs from concept to full-volume manufacturing
• Define and implement DfT and DfM requirements for products
• Lead characterization, testing,



and yield optimization activities
• Monitor yield metrics and conduct failure analyses
• Collaborate with foundry partners for issue resolution

Requirements:
• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS preferred
• 10+ years in semiconductor engineering or related fields
• Proven experience in product transfer and characterization
• Hands-on with ATE test development and DfT principles
• Proficient in statistical analysis tools and scripting
