Skills and Requirements 10+ years of Java development experience
Robust written and verbal skills: software development is a team sport, and being able to communicate effectively about everything from business outcomes to implementation details is the foundation of everything we do.
Strong software development skills: from writing stories to creating and reviewing PRs to getting code to production and supporting it after it is deployed, we look for deep technical skills and a strong sense of ownership.
Using AI is central to creating plans, writing & reviewing code, analysing production issues, improving quality, and driving velocity. We’re looking for candidates with deep curiosity and a proven track record exploring and leveraging AI to deliver great software.
Expertise with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security)
Experience working with Claude and Microsoft Copilot
Strong AWS cloud experience
PostgreSQL experience
Kafka experience
Experience modernising legacy applications and systems
