Responsibilities include establishing HR integration frameworks and evaluating architecture documentation in relevant EA tools. You will serve as the architect overseeing the effective utilization of the Workday platform while identifying improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and evolve HR domain architecture and target state
• Implement HR architecture guardrails and principles




• Conduct solution architecture reviews and assessments
• Maintain alignment with the HR Technology Roadmap
• Document architecture updates in EA tools effectively

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in HR technology or architecture
• Solid experience in HR systems, particularly Workday
• In-depth knowledge of HR data privacy regulations
• Skilled in functional capability modeling
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities
