Clio is looking for a Senior Privacy Analyst to elevate its compliance efforts from Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto, or remote locations across Canada. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to international privacy standards.

As a leader in privacy management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Clio’s privacy program. Your responsibilities include fostering collaboration across teams to implement GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPEDA compliance. A proactive approach will ensure that policies are not only developed but operationalized effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain company's privacy policies and framework
• Monitor and ensure compliance with privacy regulations




• Track and report privacy program performance metrics
• Facilitate DPIAs and PIA assessments for current offerings
• Create privacy education and training sessions for staff

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years in privacy program management
• Deep knowledge of global privacy laws
• Strong project and communication skills
• Experience in SaaS or tech environments
