As a Principal IAM Engineer in the Technology Ops & Support Partners team, you will focus on defining policies and optimizing access governance frameworks. Your extensive IAM background, particularly with workforce identity platforms and automation practices, will allow you to elevate our IAM processes significantly. Collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to strict compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evolve IAM strategy aligned with compliance
• Guide architecture across identity platforms and tools
• Enhance joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle processes
• Strengthen access certification and entitlement review efforts
• Automate IAM functions utilizing contemporary scripting languages
Requirements:
• 8+ years of IAM experience with various platforms
• Strong knowledge of OIDC and SCIM protocols
• Proven capability in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in finance
• Bilingual skills in English and French are an asset
