About the Role Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their growing team in Kimberley . You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across their digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex user needs into elegant design solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to deliver exceptional user interfaces that drive user satisfaction and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design process for new features and products, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototyping.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.




Advocate for user needs and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma , Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
