We are looking for a committed Office Administrator in our Kelowna, BC office. This full-time position prioritizes exceptional organizational skills and effective communication in supporting our team.

As an Office Administrator, you will perform essential functions like document preparation, invoicing, and maintaining office supplies. You’ll assist with budget tracking and variance reports, while coordinating meetings and company events. This role is primarily office-based with some visits to the warehouse, enhancing your analytical and organizational contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide extensive office support including filing and data entry
• Process bills, employee expenses, and supplier invoices
• Prepare and manage customer invoicing processes




• Maintain project revenues, budgets, and variance reports
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and events

Requirements:
• At least 2 years post-secondary education
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administration
• High attention to detail with time-management skills
• Proficient in various computer applications
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
