About the Role Our client is seeking a highly analytical and empathetic Senior UX Researcher to join their product team on a fully remote basis. This role is critical in uncovering user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform product strategy and design decisions. You will plan, conduct, and analyze a variety of qualitative and quantitative user research studies across the entire product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of research methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advocating for the user. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our diverse customer base. We foster a data-informed, user-centric culture that values continuous learning and impact.
Key Responsibilities Design and execute a range of user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic research.
Analyze research data (qualitative and quantitative) to identify key insights, user pain points, and opportunities for improvement for our client.
Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and present them clearly to cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.




Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to define research objectives and integrate findings into product roadmaps.
Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps based on research data.
Advocate for user needs and represent the user’s voice throughout the product development process in a remote context.
Requirements Master's or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience conducting user research in a tech or product development environment.
Expertise in a variety of research methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively.
Experience working collaboratively in a remote or distributed team environment.
