Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations of the YEVP Hub
• Lead program development and continuous evaluation
• Ensure compliance with funders and quality assurance
• Supervise staff recruitment and performance management
• Handle program budgets and oversee documentation
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in program management with youth populations
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Strong grasp of trauma-informed care principles
• Experience in supervising teams and managing conflicts
• Knowledge in delivering violence prevention programs
