Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our operations team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily team activities, ensure efficient workflow, and foster a positive environment that promotes productivity and collaboration. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals while maintaining high levels of quality and safety standards
Coordinate daily tasks related to transportation management systems, shipping & receiving, and freight handling
Monitor and improve processes within supply chain operations, including 3PL partnerships and warehouse activities
Utilize systems such as AS400 and SyteLine for data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Provide training and guidance on communication skills, phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and data entry procedures
Conduct analysis of operational data to identify trends, resolve issues, and implement process improvements
Oversee shipping schedules, freight documentation,



and coordination with carriers to optimize delivery timelines
Requirements Proven experience with transportation management systems, supply chain operations, or logistics leadership roles
Strong understanding of freight processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse management
Familiarity with systems such as AS400 and SyteLine for inventory control and data analysis
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead teams via phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and multi-line phone systems for seamless communication
Strong analysis skills to interpret operational data and recommend improvements
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
