Join Ben Hokum & Son Limited as a Certified Industrial Millwright on the night shift in Golden Lake, Ontario. This essential role focuses on mechanical repairs and safety in a family-operated sawmill environment.

In this position, you will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment crucial for effective sawmill operations. You will also perform preventive maintenance, document repairs, and recommend improvements based on equipment performance. Your strong mechanical skills will be key to ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain all sawmill equipment
• Document maintenance activities using CMMS
• Perform welding, fabrication, and alignment tasks




• Prevent equipment failure through inspections
• Assist with modifications and installations

Requirements:
• Ontario 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright certification
• Two years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Must work the night shift from 3:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
