Located at Good Shepherd – West Ave, you will work with both residential and non-residential clients to deliver housing support and counseling services. Responsibilities include case management, crisis intervention, and adherence to health and safety protocols while lifting and housekeeping is also involved in the role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee a dedicated caseload
• Conduct detailed client intake and assessments
• Facilitate quality of life evaluations for participants
• Ensure strict confidentiality of client information
• Follow occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Insight into issues faced by vulnerable populations
• Previous experience in a related residential setting
• Commitment to the mission of Good Shepherd
• Willingness to become CPR certified if not already
