Our client is seeking a Trainer – ERP to support the Procurement System Modernization program and the ongoing enablement of an enterprise ERP environment. In this role, you will lead end-to-end learning solutions to help diverse teams adopt processes and technology effectively.
You will conduct learning needs and audience analysis; design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain role-based training; and create supporting materials (job aids, quick reference guides, performance support, and digital learning assets). You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure training is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities Conduct learning needs analysis, audience/role assessment, work-context analysis, and requirements gathering.
Define role-based learning strategies, delivery approaches, and success measures aligned to business outcomes.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain learning solutions (instructor-led, virtual, blended, self-paced, e-learning, multimedia, job aids, and performance support).
Facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual training for technical and non-technical audiences using plain language and practical demonstrations.
Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methods, accessibility standards, and user-centered design practices.
Partner with program leadership, SMEs, vendors, and stakeholder networks to validate requirements, reconcile feedback, and align delivery timing.
Manage multiple deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Establish and follow governance for intake/prioritization, reviews/approvals, QA, version control, accessibility review, and ongoing maintenance.
Evaluate effectiveness using learner feedback and performance/adoption indicators and implement continuous improvements.
Use approved collaboration, multimedia,



and AI-enabled tools responsibly while validating accuracy, accessibility, privacy, and compliance.
Required Qualifications Proven experience conducting learning needs analysis and requirements gathering to support role-based learning solutions.
Proven experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end learning solutions across multiple modalities (ILT, virtual, e-learning, multimedia, job aids, performance support).
Proven experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training for mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with digital adoption / in-application guidance tools (e.g., WalkMe or similar platforms).
Experience creating accessible e-learning and multimedia using tools such as Articulate 360/Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, Canva, Vyond, Adobe tools, or comparable products.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for instructional design/content creation with appropriate validation and controls.
Experience delivering training for ERP platforms (Finance, HCM/Payroll, Supply Chain), such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, 1GX, or similar.
