This position is pivotal in supporting marginalized individuals, assisting them with day-to-day needs and helping them navigate critical situations. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily operational support at the facility
• Serve meals and assist with kitchen tasks
• Develop relationships with participants and community ties
• Lead crisis interventions when necessary
• Promote life skills among participants for better living
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in support roles
• Up-to-date Level 1 Occupational First Aid training
• Naloxone training certification required
• Food Safe certification preferred
• Consent to a Criminal Record Check
