Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will manage all aspects of recruitment for designated project sites. Key responsibilities include executing hiring strategies, tracking metrics, and establishing strong internal and external relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full cycle recruitment aligned with talent acquisition policies
• Lead talent acquisition process to create positive candidate experiences




• Track defined metrics to identify recruitment trends and improvements
• Actively source candidates through various channels
• Maintain staffing documentation in the Applicant Tracking System

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in HR, business, or related field
• 2-5+ years recruiting experience in high-volume trades
• Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Workday
• Understanding of federal and provincial employment laws
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a energetic environment
