Intelex is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to support its Quote-to-Cash process. You will work closely with Sales, Renewals, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and data accuracy. Your analytical skills will be vital in identifying process improvements and enhancing the customer experience within a rapid-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support complex sales opportunities and approval guidelines
• Review customer-facing quotes for accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve queries
• Maintain opportunity and customer data in Salesforce
• Lead continuous enhancement of QTC tools and processes
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ platforms
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
