Summary Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the full-cycle recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business needs.
Primary Scope of Role Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptance
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, internal talent pools, referrals, and other channels
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Stakeholder Partnership Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market insights, and candidate selection
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate and hiring manager experience
Recruitment Operations & Compliance Utilize Workday to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, and reporting
Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment legislation, and diversity and inclusion practices
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and programs
Position Requirements 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, supporting full‑cycle hiring.
Previous experience supporting recruitment in construction, manufacturing, or a similar project‑based industry is an asset.
Proven experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions and role types.
Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, referrals, and other talent channels.
Experience working with an ATS; Workday experience is an asset.
Solid understanding of employment legislation and equitable hiring practices.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
What We Offer Expected Base Salary: $30 - $38 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications,



internal equity and work location.
