Bouchier is looking for a Skid Steer Operator for a seasonal role at Suncor Base Mine, Fort McKay, Alberta. Operate diverse equipment while adhering to strict safety protocols.

As a Skid Steer Operator, your responsibility will be to efficiently manage equipment operations while ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures. This position offers a rotating schedule of 7 on 7 off. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in heavy equipment handling and possess the necessary safety certifications to perform safely in the challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate assigned Skid Steer and other equipment
• Maintain transparent daily operation logs
• Conduct pre-operational checks on systems
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment
• Communicate repair requirements effectively

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience operating Skid Steers
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License
• Required certifications: CSO, WHMIS 2015, First Aid
• Ability to work in varying weather
• English proficiency and pass FIT tests
