Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required
Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways year-round
Assist with labourer duties including crack sealing, pothole repair, bridge and signage cleaning, and hazard remediation
Perform winter and seasonal highway maintenance
Work outside in all weather conditions
Respond to shift work, on-call, and night-shift requirements as needed
Requirements Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Transparent 3-year driver’s abstract
Previous experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset
Availability for shift work, on-call work, and night shifts
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
