You will play a key role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the quality preparation of menu items, and supporting junior staff development. Your leadership will uphold Crescent’s and Marriott’s brand standards while contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead kitchen operations and food handling compliance
• Participate in menu planning and culinary training initiatives
• Assign daily kitchen tasks and priorities




• Maintain inventory and manage food supply security
• Collaborate with team to ensure health and safety adherence

Requirements:
• Proven culinary skills with a focus on quality standards
