This position requires 2-4 years of experience in endpoint management within an enterprise environment. You'll be responsible for imaging and configuring various devices while maintaining documentation for troubleshooting and escalation. Collaborating closely with IT and Security teams will be essential to uphold the security standards and operational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones
• Monitor and remediate endpoint compliance issues
• Administer MDM policies for corporate and BYOD access
• Validate and troubleshoot configuration profiles
• Maintain process documentation for clarity
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in device management or MDM/UEM
• Hands-on experience with multiple OS environments
• Robust knowledge of compliance and security workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must be eligible for U.S. Security Clearance
