Empower sexually exploited youth as a Child and Youth Worker in North York, Toronto. HealthOPM seeks passionate professionals for trauma-informed support in a residential setting.

This position with HealthOPM requires experienced Child and Youth Care professionals to work 24-hour residential care for adolescents aged 12-17. You will provide essential supervision, emotional support, and programming to youth facing significant challenges. Opportunities are available in day, evening, and awake overnight shifts based on needs and your experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide trauma-informed supervision and care in a residential setting
• Support youth with emotional regulation and daily living skills
• Reinforce individualized treatment goals consistently




• Complete documentation, safety checks, and records
• Participate in team communication and wellness checks

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Child & Youth Care or related field
• One year of experience with complex needs youth
• Understanding of trauma-informed care approaches
• Familiarity with crisis intervention principles
• Commitment to equity-informed and anti-oppressive practices
