The Systems & Projects Coordinator supports the Registrar's Office Student Experience, working closely with the Associate Registrar. In this position, you will assist in system initiatives, facilitate design meetings, and develop project schedules. Collaborate with IT professionals to translate business needs into technical specifications while enhancing workflows and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate design meetings for new system projects
• Analyze existing services and recommend improvements
• Develop project schedules, milestones, and reporting




• Provide data analysis for business cases and departmental initiatives
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on system implementations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum four years in systems support and project management
• Proficient in SQL, MS Excel, and data analysis
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge in Slate and ROSI systems
