Position Overview Source Code is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
Healthcare Recruitment preferred
Qualifications 3+ years in recruiting (agency or corporate).
Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates, achieving hiring goals, and building robust talent pipelines.
Strong communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Resourceful, proactive, and creative problem-solver.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with high volume recruitment.
Nice to haves Experience with Healthcare or Government/Public Sector roles a plus
