Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and support patients' mental health needs
• Engage with an interdisciplinary care team
• Enhance community resource integration into care plans
• Promote effective health management strategies
• Maintain safety protocols in a clinical setting
Requirements:
• Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN Diploma or similar qualification required
• At least two years of experience in mental health nursing
• Complete required crisis intervention training
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
