You will provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to the Residency Program Manager and Program Directors. This includes coordinating residency program processes across various platforms, managing accreditation logistics, and overseeing program budgets. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate resident rotation scheduling and evaluations accurately
• Support accreditation processes by preparing required documentation
• Manage logistics for conferences, workshops,
and meetings
• Track and submit financial payments and reimbursements
• Maintain comprehensive resident and program records
Requirements:
• High School diploma and two-year post-secondary diploma
• Four years of relevant experience or equivalent education
• Knowledge of program policies and budgeting processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
