Join Dawson Road Maintenance as a Seasonal Heavy Equipment Operator, using your Class 1 or 3 license to remove snow and ensure road safety. This full-time position is critical for safe travel in winter across B.C.

In this role with Dawson Road Maintenance, you are responsible for safely navigating icy roads while adhering to safety protocols. Your experience in road maintenance and teamwork will make a significant impact on maintaining protected roadways for all travelers. You will report to the Road Foreperson and help accomplish production goals during the seasonal work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate heavy machinery and clear roadways
• Complete daily activity logs and maintenance reports




• Collaborate with team members for effective service
• Follow Supervisor directions on daily tasks
• Conduct minor maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
• At least two years in road maintenance or construction
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver's license required
• Experience in snow removal an asset
• Familiarity with road construction processes
• Ability to use electronic reporting tools
