Your bilingual skills in English and French are essential for effective communication with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership to understand staffing requirements
• Screen candidates and conduct initial phone interviews
• Organize interviews, both virtually and in-person




• Use sourcing methods like career fairs and social media
• Manage candidate data and recruitment activities in Workday

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• 4-year College Degree (B.A.) preferred
