This temporary position reports to the Service Manager and involves critical operations like troubleshooting and servicing oil burning equipment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the functionality of oil tanks and burners while completing necessary administrative tasks. Assisting with shop duties will also be part of your responsibilities as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install key components like fuel pumps and nozzles
• Resolve issues with malfunctioning oil heating equipment
• Replace tank accessories and fittings
• Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks
• Test and adjust installed units for proper performance
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5A license with a clean driver record
• Knowledge of CSA B 139 Oil Codes
• Strong mechanical and organizational skills
• Availability for flexible and overtime work
• Safety-sensitive role requiring pre-employment testing
