5 Permanent Full-Time PositionsSite: MississaugaTime: Mon-Fri 8:15 AM- 4:15 PM (37.5 Hours/Week)Work Arrangement: OnsitePositions:ReplacementCompensation: $29.14 - $34.05/hourPosition SummaryWe are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the role of Clinical Therapist withinAutism Services Department. Autism Services provides a wide range of inter-professional therapy to children with autism and their families. Under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor, a Clinical Therapist will be responsible for delivering individualized behavioural intervention in a variety of learning settings.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with theClinical Supervisorto develop, implement, and deliver treatments based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Deliver individualized behavioural intervention in a variety of learning settings such as classroom groups and/or one-to-one; Make data-based decisions on treatment planning for clients so as to enhance children's response to treatment; Identify supports and barriers to learning for each child and bring this information to treatment on a day-to-day basis; Actively engage inparent coaching, deliver education workshops, and coordinate transfer of learning with schools; Address challenging behaviours through function-based analysis and treatment.Work in a team environment and collaborate with peers (e.G. developing lesson plans)QualificationsA Psychology Degree or diploma in Autism Behavioral Sciences is a strong asset; however, other related diplomas will be considered (ECE,
