About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join their expanding operations in Kimberley . This role is integral to identifying, evaluating, and securing profitable real estate investment opportunities, focusing on acquiring properties that align with the company's strategic goals. You will conduct market research, analyze potential acquisitions, negotiate purchase agreements, and manage the due diligence process. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the property market, and a proven ability to close deals efficiently, contributing significantly to the company's growth in the Northern Cape region and beyond.
Key Responsibilities Identify and source potential real estate acquisition opportunities in the Kimberley market and surrounding areas.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis, financial feasibility studies, and risk assessments for prospective acquisitions.
Negotiate purchase prices and terms with property owners and their representatives.
Manage the due diligence process, including property inspections,



title searches, and environmental reviews.
Prepare detailed acquisition proposals and present findings to the investment committee.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions , commercial real estate, or investment analysis.
Proven ability to analyze property deals and negotiate complex contracts.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, valuation methods, and legal aspects of property transactions in Kimberley .
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
