Castle Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teaching Specialists to work across schools in Whitby and the surrounding areas, with opportunities available across KS3 and KS4.

The Role
As a Secondary Teaching Specialist, you could be:

Teaching across KS3 and KS4

Delivering engaging and effective lessons

Planning and preparing lessons where required

Supporting pupils to make progress

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Managing classroom behaviour effectively

Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

Adapting learning to meet individual needs

Supporting pupils to achieve their academic and personal potential

Working closely with schools to support pupil development
