About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Sanitation Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations in Kimberley . You will lead and motivate a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring that all commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, quality control, inventory management of cleaning supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role involves a hybrid approach, requiring on-site supervision and potential remote coordination. Your leadership and expertise in sanitation will be critical to creating a protected, healthy, and welcoming environment for clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing direction and support.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.




Train new staff members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
Address and resolve any customer feedback or operational issues related to cleaning services.
Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the commercial cleaning or sanitation sector.
Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.
