Join Agnico Eagle as a General Supervisor for Continuous Improvement at the Upper Beaver Project in Dobie, ON. Lead CI strategies to ensure alignment with operational excellence goals.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your mission is to uphold Agnico Eagle’s values while achieving continuous improvement objectives. You will create and maintain a CI roadmap, establish governance processes, and directly support departmental initiatives. Your role is critical in coaching teams on CI tools, driving project execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and govern the CI roadmap aligned with priorities
• Facilitate CI processes across all site functions
• Monitor CI performance and report on progress




• Provide oversight for Operational Technology initiatives
• Ensure integration of technology solutions in the workplace

Requirements:
• Engineering degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 7+ years of leadership in continuous improvement
• Knowledge of CI methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma
• Solid coaching and communication abilities
• Ability to lead engagements with multiple stakeholders
