AFN is looking for a skilled Senior Policy Analyst dedicated to enhancing languages and learning for First Nations. This pivotal role involves complex data analysis, policy recommendations, and fostering community relationships. Applicants should bring a minimum of five years of relevant experience and the ability to build effective partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze statistical data to address First Nations issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders on policy development




• Draft reports and briefing notes for leadership
• Manage multiple projects ensuring quality deliverables
• Participate in strategic planning processes

Requirements:
• Degree in political, social sciences, or related areas
• At least 5 years of policy analysis experience
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with First Nations education issues
• Bilingualism is an asset
