As an Intermediate Estimator, you will support BBA’s commitment to excellence. Your role will involve estimating direct and indirect costs, organizing estimates based on standard codes, and performing material take-offs. By contributing to value analysis and improvement of estimation tools, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and accuracy in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize estimates per established cost coding
• Participate in value analysis and trade-off studies
• Prepare estimation execution plans and documentation




• Assess project changes made by clients or subcontractors
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimation processes

Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in a related field
• 5-12 years of experience in consulting engineering
• Familiarity with cost estimation practices
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and estimation software
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
