About the Role Our client, a reputable organization in the FMCG sector, is seeking an experienced and meticulous Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality control initiatives in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance programs and systems for FMCG products .
Oversee all quality control testing and inspection processes, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes, facilities, and documentation to ensure compliance.
Manage and train the QA team, fostering a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a management role.
