Your job

Apply scrum practises and agile methods to support team performance and autonomy

Identify and eliminate obstacles that could slow the progress of work, while proposing solutions adapted to the issues encountered

Support the product owner in managing the product backlog and prioritising work

Foster collaboration between team members, partners and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of initiatives

Lead Agile ceremonies and mobilise stakeholders around shared objectives

Continuous improvement by implementing practises and mechanisms to optimise the delivery and quality of solutions.

Prerequisites

Relevant training in information technology and at least five years of experience as a scrum master or agile management

Proficiency in agile processes (scrum, kanban, disciplined agile, etc.)

Mastery of the Atlantic suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)

Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication

Strong interest and curiosity by artificial intelligence

Scrum Master certification.
