Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will assume a pivotal role in managing ONroute's IT systems. Your responsibilities extend to vendor management, POS system ownership, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with various teams while implementing continuous improvement to align IT with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the management and improvement of IT infrastructure at locations
• Own POS systems performance to minimize transactional disruptions
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery accountability




• Resolve technical issues through productive support processes
• Ensure adherence to IT security best practices

Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
• 5–8 years of IT experience, focusing on infrastructure and systems
• Familiarity with multi-site environments and POS is ideal
• Strong troubleshooting and communication capabilities
• Willingness to travel to various plaza locations
