In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team providing advanced nursing care in North America’s largest nephrology program. As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver patient-centered care based on defined care plans across multiple hemodialysis sites. Collaboration is key, and you'll work alongside both RNs and RPNs to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing interventions in accordance with care plans
• Participate in team nursing with RNs and RPNs
• Conduct assessments and document patient status
• Provide patient and family education
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
Requirements:
• Current College of Nurses registration
• BCLS certification must be current
• Minimum one year hemodialysis experience required
• Completion of nephrology nursing courses
• Excellent organizational and team-building skills
