As a vital member of the Individual Insurance and Wealth Management team, you will oversee the processing of in-force policy changes and basic reinsurance. Your attention to detail ensures treaty compliance and optimal client delivery. Engage with Advisors and other departments to resolve queries while contributing to a supportive and developmental work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process policy changes and communicate with Advisors
• Manage facultative applications and reinsurance replies
• Maintain daily service standards via email correspondence
• Verify coverage information and calculating premiums
• Handle incoming calls and general inquiries
Requirements:
• 3 years in insurance or reinsurance administration
• Relevant post-secondary diploma and recommended designations
• Pursuing LOMA (FLMI) designation
• Medical Terminology knowledge required
• High proficiency in office software tools
