As an advisor, you will report to the People Health Manager and provide critical education and advice to foster sustainable workplace integration for ill or injured employees. You will coordinate with various teams, including HR and management, to createsuccessful accommodations while navigating relevant legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for employees with disabilities
• Identify and implement effective accommodation plans
• Conduct follow-ups to assess accommodation success




• Facilitate resolution of grievances related to accommodations
• Foster a supportive workplace culture of acceptance

Requirements:
• Relevant university degree and certifications in HR/Disability Management
• At least 5-7 years of healthcare experience
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Knowledge of human rights, labor laws, and collective agreements
• Solid emotional intelligence and communication capabilities
