• Develop and implement quality control systems and documentation
• Conduct internal and external audits to maintain standards
• Facilitate investigations of customer issues and execute corrective actions
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives cross-functionally
• Lead and support your quality team through training and performance management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing
• Certified Internal Auditor or equivalent
• Familiarity with core quality tools: SPC, MSA, PPAP
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
