Our financial services client is seeking a IT Analyst IV - Technical Support (5+ years) to coordinate IT change management processes using ServiceNow and ITIL

Join a fast-paced banking environment supporting enterprise change management operations across multiple lines of business. This role focuses on coordinating and executing IT change management activities, reviewing technical change records, and supporting BAU operations within an ITSM environment. The position offers exposure to enterprise operations teams and AVP-level stakeholders while contributing to process improvement initiatives and post-implementation reviews.

Change Implementation Monitoring shifts will rotate between 7AM-3PM and 11AM-7PM – Must be flexible and able to adjust schedule. Shift could also be 9 am to 5 pm- depending on where they are needed and placed.

Attendance at the weekly Wednesday 9am-9:45am meetings required in addition to regular shifts.

Hybrid working arrangement – Onsite work requirement 2-4 times a week.



Required to be onsite at 320 Front Street (4 th floor), Scarborough Operating Centre or Creekside Mississauga during team meetings.Location TBD at least 3 weeks prior.

Must Haves

5+ years in IT process management within an enterprise operations workplace

ServiceNow supporting IT change management and ITSM processes

ITIL v4 certification and knowledge of ITIL methods and procedures

Technical documentation review and change record validation

Post-secondary education

Nice to Have

ITIL v5 certification

Financial services industry experience

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute daily IT Change Management processes

Review submitted change requests for completeness, integrity, and compliance

Evaluate risk and impact associated with submitted changes

Chair technology change management meetings

Facilitate Change Post Implementation Review (CPIR) activities

Update and present key performance metrics for enterprise change management
