Your role will involve managing the service department, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient workflow for mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the Service Department effectively
• Create and update work orders and complete invoices
• Order and return parts as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints
• Utilize Mitchell 1 software proficiently

Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service and automotive service advising
• 2+ years of parts ordering experience
• Familiarity with Mitchell 1 automotive software
• Valid G Class Driver's Licence
• Strong communication and organizational skills
